The Kooll Desserts Company ("Kooll"), Canadian manufacturer of CreemmTM, MoossTM and KookkTM brands of dairy products has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and use practices for the Kooll Web site, www.koolldesserts.com.

INFORMATION COLLECTION NOTICE

This Web site does not offer the ability to site visitors to post personal information or personally identifiable information. It collects personal information only from site visitors who send emails to us and forwards that information to various third parties who provide marketing research, customer service and web-related services. We use the information consumers send us in emails in order to reply to those consumers and retain it securely as part of our third party's consumer affairs database. Kooll analyzes the data consumers send to us in emails for marketing and quality assurance purposes, but does not rent, sell or distribute personally identifiable information to third parties other than as described above.

When a child submits information to the Kooll Web site, the child's parent or guardian receives an e-mail alerting them to the child's registration and provides instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration, if so desired. Although children are allowed to participate in contests, if a child wins, notification and prizes are sent to the parents or guardians identified in the initial registration process. No personal information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Kooll. Kooll encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites.

CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is not necessary for visitors to the Kooll Web site to provide personal information unless they want information to be sent to them. Our hosting agency institutes commercially reasonable systems security including firewalls to guard against access to the data, physical measures, such as, locked filing cabinets and restricted access to offices. Organizational measures such as security clearances on a "need to know " basis and finally Technological measures like the use of passwords and encryption. Kooll also trains and brings awareness to its employees as to the importance of privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information of our clients.
